Will the general election affect the UK property market? Emoov CEO’s verdict

The founder and CEO of online estate agent eMoov has given his view on what effect the snap general election on June 8, 2017 might have on the UK property market.

In this video, Russell Quirk talks through the results of a survey of 1000 people by eMoov which asked if the calling of the election would deter them from listing a home or buying a home.

He also explains why he believes the uncertainly caused by the EU referendum did affect the property market, but the relative predictabilty of the upcoming general election is less likely to.
