Online Estate Agent Comparison Site Adds Trustpilot Ratings & Reviews
Property sellers in the UK can now compare leading online agents by customer service ratings as well as fixed fee price on SellingUp.com
Online estate agent price comprison website SellingUp.com has partnered with the leading reviews service Truspilot.com in a first-of-its-kind deal.
Property sellers using SellingUp.com to compare online agents are now able to see daily updated customer ratings and reviews; uncensored, unbiased and unedited.
No other online estate agent guide or information website offers such in-depth real customer reviews for a range of internet based agencies, making this integration a true industry first.
The comparison tool – featured on the SellingUp.com homepage – now automatically defaults its ranking of online agents by Trustpilot rating from 0-10, so users can judge agents on reputation first and foremost. For more cost-focused users there is a handy drop down menu that enables them to re-order the list by fixed fee price too if preferred.
Users can choose to read latest online agent reviews in pop-up boxes within the context of the comparison tool or via a dedicated customer reviews section that enables a wider screen format.
Leading online estate agents compared by Trustpilot rating and reviews include: Purplebricks, Tepilo, HouseSimple, House Network, eMoov and easyProperty.
SellingUp.com founder Oliver Lewis commented:
“We are delighted to now feature customer ratings for the online estate agents we feature, a opposed to other sites which may rank according to their own subjective view of who is best, or other random criteria.
“The reason we wanted to partner with Trustpilot on this was because they take a rigorous approach to making sure the reviews are as authentic as possible and they are committed to taking rapid action if any suspicious reviews are flagged up.
“We believe that it isn’t enough for online estate agents to sell themselves on price alone. Although many offer exceptional value compared with traditional high street agents, they will face a challenge to convince some skeptical sellers that they can also deliver on service.
“Reading reviews from actual customers will help them to identify the online agents that offer the kind of service levels that they expect, and to filter out those that don’t before they commit themselves to any particular agency.”
